Walking Group


Research shows that doing exercise outside amidst nature is great for our mental health and general well-being. You are welcome to join Rebecca for a walk any Tuesday morning to explore and enjoy some of our local places of natural beauty including parks, gardens, canals, rivers and marshes. Each walk is graded using our traffic light coding system so that there is something for all ability levels.

GREEN Walks: Easy

AMBER Walks: Intermediate

RED Walks: Advanced
