This course will Look at how we can begin a journey of our own self care. Learning about the things we can do to promote our own sense of understanding of well being through our senses of Taste, Smell, Vision (sight), Hearing, Touch, and Proprioception (Awareness). We will explore how these can help us to take the time to relax and find calmness in the busyness of life.
