Life after discharge

Being discharged from hospital can be a difficult time and a time that may require adjustments- this course will cover various areas that can be a challenge upon discharge.

We will discuss finances including getting bills back on track and facing any debt that has been accrued while being in hospital, we will discuss reconnecting and mending potentially broken relationships with friends and family, we will also explore what support you have in the community and will offer support with understanding medication amongst other topics.
