Individual learning plan

An ILP is a 30 minute 1:1 session with the manager of the College where you will be able to discuss and develop a plan for the future in terms of your education and what you would like to do now and over the upcoming months. The plan will be reviewed after you have attended sessions to see what you would like to do next.

The ILP takes place face to face but during the current situation they are being conducted via phone call
